My download speeds are 14.22Mpbs and Upload is 1.80Mpbs. Considering that a decent Download is 100Mbps and Upload of 10Mpbs, that is unacceptable. I pay close to $200 a month for my service. Would be nice to something at least closer to the “decent” scale. Please let me know what can be done to correct this. I do not do any gaming, streaming at all. Just normal, everyday research on the internet. Do research on vehicles and pets and watch videos on you tube.

We did take a look at your network and the results of our test, which show the modem speeds, were these:
I understand that this is very different from the experience you are having, which is what we’ll work to solve now. Could you run an advanced test using https://speedcheck.viasat.com/? That way you can post here a picture showing your modem speeds along with the speeds you are getting, which would help us to look into the issue.
