My daily data usage shows 62 GB used in one day. How is that possible. It’s nowhere near my average daily usage. Another day shows 33 GB. I disagree with these numbers. How do I dispute?

Yes, I agree. Please run a report. 7/15 and 7/16 appear to be the only days affected, but you may run a full report if you think it’s necessary. Thank you.

By the way, just as a heads-up, I see that your main usage overall comes from Real-Time Entertainment (what we usually call Streaming).

A single device caused the high usage on the days you mentioned.
