My account shows we have used 74 gb today alone in data usage. That’s impossible. What’s going on here? That’s 1/2 of the data in 1 day and we have not used hardly any devices today. I just renewed the new month yesterday.
I agree that is crazy. Do we have your consent to look into the usage on your account to try to figure out what’s going on?
