Could you kindly run an advanced speed check? The advanced one shows both device and modem speeds, and you can find detailed instructions on how to run one here: How to run a speed test from my modem?
Please also run a fast.com test. The fast speed test uses video streaming for testing, so we can compare both tests for more accurate information gathering.
Please also let us know if your overall speeds and usage outside of video streaming have been slow as well.
