We’re very sorry for the delay in getting back to you. Did you notice if the buffering happens all day long or during specific times?

Secondly, could you please perform an advanced speed check? The advanced speed check includes speeds from both device and modem and you can read detailed instructions on how to perform it here: How to run a speed test from my modem?. Please also leave your modem online without turning it off while we’re still troubleshooting.
