72 hours ago, my YouTube TV account changed my location for local channels from St. Louis MO (which is correct) to Wichita KS. They state that this is due to my IP address. Is there any way to change my IP address back to the St. Louis area?

Unfortunately, with the way all Satellite connections work, manually changing your IP is not possible – your internet traffic gets routed through servers and gateways in different locations. This is also common with Fiber and Cable internet.
However, you can change your IP address with a VPN, or proxy servers: Understanding how IP addresses and geolocation work | CenturyLink
You can also manually change your location on YouTube TV and YouTube account:
