It was sunny yesterday speeds were intermittently slow. today is horrible with cloud cover and light rain but never have the speeds been this bad.

I saw your recent results and the speeds really dropped considerably, but seem to be getting back up again, as your last result was 35Mbps:
Could you keep running these tests during the day, to see if things have gotten back to normal?
I’ll investigate your modem and setup in the meantime, to verify whether anything’s gone wrong after the weather event.
