Won’t connect says internet is slow

I’ve run a speed test from our side and we’re seeing great speeds from here, so it might be a Wi-Fi issue or something else.

If you are able to, please try using an ethernet cable to ensure a stable connection.

If that’s not possible, please run an advanced speed check using https://speedcheck.viasat.com.
