Wi-Fi signal is only one or none bars.

Thanks for your message. Is the issue just the wi-fi signal?

If you’re connecting to 5GHz you can try the 2.4 GHz wi-fi instead, it covers a larger range (but it’s slower).

You can also try to bring the device closer to the router, connect the device directly to the router via an Ethernet cable, or acquire a more powerful router.
