Why is my account being deprioritized?

I know the equipment I have is working properly now. Check my early morning speedcheck results. I know you have explained it is due to congestion.

I signed up with Viasat on the Discovery 100 Mbps/400 GBplan. I cannot now use 25% of the data that I purchased because of being deprioritized…

I am a small user of data and can only briefly access video content without heavy buffering. Totally frustrated.

Your data is not being deprioritized, since you haven’t exceeded your monthly high-speed data capacity. Unfortunately, as previously stated, the issue with your speeds are due to congestion in your area, and we’re not able to provide an immediate solution for this.
