Always use your favorite search engine first. For many things, just typing your search terms into Google or Bing or DuckDuckGo and include “viasat” in the search will give you a direct link to the help you need. Here’s an example:

If that doesn’t work and your problem is technical in nature, then reporting your issue on this forum via the
button above is likely to be your best option. Unlike the Viasat customer service agents, which you can reach via the phone or chat, this support forum is staffed by Viasat engineers. We will work with you until we have root caused your problem. If your issue requires exchanging private information, we will use the direct message function built into the forum to communicate with you directly.

If your issue is technical in nature and you do not like to communicate on a forum open to other users, you can open an email case with the same Viasat engineers that staff this forum, by going to https://speedcheck.viasat.com and clicking on this
in the bottom left hand corner of the page. This will allow you to fill out a form that will create a case that we will respond to. We will work with you until your problem has been understood and resolved to the extent that we are able.
