How do I know what download speeds I should be getting based on the plan I have?

The speeds you get are usually informed when you sign the contract and are present in the contract as well. Your current plan is the Choice 12 plan, which means speeds up to 12 Mbps.
You can also verify this on your My Viasat page, where your plan will be described.
