Noticed it is taking forever to load pages> Speed test is only getting 4.4 mps down and 4.1 upload. WHat in the world am I paying $120/month for??

I’ve run a quick speed test on your modem, and it seems to be receiving good download speeds, but not great on the upload:
Also, it seems your modem has been dropping frequently this past week. Has there been any bad weather in your region?
When you get a chance can you please use a laptop or Android phone to run a complete speed diagnosis using https://speedcheck.viasat.com, with the Viasat Browser? This will help us get a full reading on the speed situation and allow us to identify/rule out Wi-Fi issues.
