The equipment return box with all of the equipment was delivered to Viasat on January 10,2024. Could you check with the billing team and the scanning team to make sure I am not billed for unreturned equipment and that all returned equipment was scanned properly by the scanning team?

As you disconnected on November 24, we have until around January 24 before any charge shows up. Your account will probably reflect the returned equipment on this week of January 15, but we’re keeping an eye on that to check which one will happen first. :slight_smile:
