I might have issue that Antenna is not pointing to the correct orientation. Even though I have 30 MBPS plan, video streaming is extremely slow and WIFI speeds are very slow. Please help

I’ll need to check your modem and device speeds.
When you have a chance, please do as follows:
1 - Open the Viasat browser – this test won’t work on other browsers;
2 - Go to this website: Viasat Speed Check | Home
3 - Log in using your My Viasat account
4 - Run the test (wait for both tests - modem and device - to complete)
5 - Download the results (or take a screenshot)
6 - Send us the results
From what I could see on our side, it’s hard to tell what’s the problem, so we need to check if the issue is the router.
