Viasat Terrible Connection

Viasat has been a horrible experience, Video Quality has been a huge issue , can’t watch or load Disney plus , or Amazon Prime Movies without having to re load it 30x , I don’t get my download speeds that I pay for and every time it rains my Wi-Fi goes out , viasat has treated me very poorly , I asked to speaking to a higher up and they told me it would take 14 days and I never got a call! The guy who installed my satellite destroyed my yard and left his trash all over my yard! I’m being billed 99.99$ a month and feel overcharged and disrespected! This is unacceptable viasat and you don’t care about your customers

Please, when you have a chance, run a modem speed test, as follows:

1 - Open the Viasat browserthis test won’t work on other browsers;
2 - Go to this website: Viasat Speed Check | Home
3 - Log in using your My Viasat account
4 - Run the test (wait for both tests - modem and device - to complete)

If you follow the above steps, I’ll be able to see the results without you sending us any screenshots.

I’m asking for that test because I could not reproduce the bad speeds, so the issue could be related to the Wi-Fi only.
