Viasat Shield Stopped Working

Previously working Viasat Shield App stopped working after Tech installed an Aria router. Incidentally, many other devices stopped connecting to the network at the same time. Some work, some don’t. Is there a different version of Viasat Shield I can download?

I followed advice in another thread and removed the Aria router from the network and Viasat Shied started working again fine.
