Just lately when I run a speed test with the Viasat gateway modem it says Viasat modem not detected. It just started doing this within the last week or so. What can I do to correct this. I have no other modem and it is connected with an Ethernet cable.

Would you be able to send us a screenshot of the error? We previously fixed a similar one, and this shouldn’t be showing up for you if you’re not using a secondary Router.
It was probably an error in the network overall, as it looks like not even the satellite signal was detected when the “modem not detected” error happened:
Your device speeds are high, so we know at least that this is not interfering with your internet service
Thank you for your response. After I rebooted the modem a couple of times the speed test is detecting the modem now. I will let you know if it happens again. Thank you for the help. Viasat and the support team are great.
