The current state is the worst I have seen. Generally I at least get 1/7 of the modem speed but at this point even the modem has no speed.

It looks like there was a drop in signal quality yesterday evening, but your speeds are back to normal today.
Your modem speeds according to your speedcheck history and our internal testing are great, but as we mentioned in previous topics, you are suffering from a Wi-Fi issue.
Your tests always show a much higher modem speed than a device speed. I recall you mentioned that your device sits right next to your modem, so we strongly recommend a Router in this case.
Using an Ethernet cable can also help in this situation.
