Very slow WiFi at my short term rental listing- guests aren’t happy

To whom it may concern,
Hi! I currently subscribe to one of Viasat’s top plans for my short term rental. My last guest complained WiFi was 1-2M/sec, and when I checked it myself they were correct. What help can you give for this issue? If no substantial speed improvements can be made I will be looking elsewhere to supply WiFi for my listing.

I took a look at your account and unfortunately it seems like your service area is more congested than the usual. However, I did a configuration change (that should be applied in about an hour) that will hopefully help relieve the situation and improve the speeds.
