Sorry in advance for the long post, just giving info I’ve seen asked for in other posts during my searching.
2 or 3 weeks ago, my speeds dropped dramatically. To the point I couldn’t even load web pages to pay bills.
I ran some speed tests via Ookla and found that my downloads were from .01MBS to MAYBE .3MBS.
I have disabled all VPN, Anti_Virus and plug-ins with no change. So, I thought maybe my router wifi was getting flaky so I plugged a hard line directly from the computer to the modem but again, no speed increase. I verified with both my desktop and laptop.
There have been some storms the past couple weeks but there is no change even when it is sunny.

We’re going to investigate that, and as soon as we have some feeback we’ll let you know.
It looks like someone made some changes last night and I was up around 17 MBPS overnight and for a while today but then back to the same slowness. New tests here
Still nothing. Do the techs even check these threads or is there a phone number I should call about the issue?

We’ve detected a few hardware issues with your setup upon further investigation. You might have noticed a high amount of connection drops besides the slow speeds.
You currently have an antenna mispoint, and an equipment problem between the cabling and the TRIA. These issues require a service call to be handled.
Can we go ahead and request this tech visit for you?
