Very slow speeds for the last two months

My speeds have been super slow the last two months and can’t run more than a device or two at a time.


Why can’t I get any help with this issues? I posted 20 hrs ago and nothing.

It seems your antenna is not properly aligned. I’ll request the field team to dispatch someone to fix that. They will contact you to provide more details.

The technician stated that there wasn’t much he could do. The service is very spotting and slow.

Sorry for the delay in replying.

When you have a chance, please run a modem speed test, as follows:
1 - Open the Viasat browserthis test won’t work on other browsers;
2 - Go to this website: Viasat Speed Check | Home
3 - Log in using your My Viasat account
4 - Run the test (wait for both tests - modem and device - to complete)

By doing the above we’ll be able to see the results and check if there is anything wrong with your terminal.
