We moved your account to a network segment that seemed slightly less congested. Have you noticed any improvement in the speeds?
Little bit but at 6 to 11 it’s still little slow
When you have a chance, please run a speed test from your modem, as follows:
1 - Open the Viasat browser – this test won’t work on other browsers;
2 - Go to this website: Viasat Speed Check | Home
3 - Log in using your My Viasat account
4 - Run the test (wait for both tests - modem and device - to complete)
If you follow all the steps I mentioned above, we’ll be able to see the results on our side.
I’m seeing better speeds in your modem today, but we need to check if there is any issue with your Wi-Fi. That test will help us with that.
