Very slow speed in relation to plan paid for

We have had Viasat for years.
It has gotten slower and slower over the last year or so.
Evening speeds are extremely slow.
So much that it impedes handling business emails in the evening.
Streaming Netflix is now buffered, which did not use to happen.
We are paying for much better performance than we are getting.
The Viasat speed test I ran moments ago read as 2.61 Mbps download.
I pay for the Unlimited Silver 25 plan.
What steps need to be taken to greatly improve speeds?

To help us understand the issue better, could you please run a few more of these tests, but during separate periods of the day? Even if the speed doesn’t seem slow during the day, it’s very useful to check if you’re suffering from a Wi-Fi issue.

I mention this because I see that a very old test on your account had a bad device speed (in comparison to a good modem speed):

Do you currently only use the Viasat-provided modem, or do you happen to have any extra Router/Extender/Wi-Fi Mesh etc.?
