I have been having continually very slow speed. Could not watch any streaming TV tonight. The download speed on Fast.com was 220 Kbps and checking on the ViaSat Bowser (logged in) was 0.43 Mbps. My plan calls for a min. 25 Mbps. This is a constant issue with varying speed. We Stream TV very rarely and when we do more that half the time there is buffering and problems with slow speed from the Satellite. Would appreciate any Via Sat tech help to look at our situation.
Currently your service is affected by a weather outage that seems to be affecting the gateway for all users. I analyzed the history of your service and made a few changes that could improve your service, but we’ll have to observe it some more. Let me know if anything changes.

We’ll keep in touch and I’ll let you know over the weekend how our service speed is doing. Yes, I am aware of how much adverse weather might affect UHF signals transmitted down from a satellite.
