The last time we had a Viasat Technician to diagnose our slow internet speed we were informed that a new satellite may be an option to us. How do I check if VS2 is available for our location?

I’ll investigate the possibility of migrating you to it, but you can also check with Customer Care about this coverage request at 855-463-9333.

I double-checked with the responsible teams about the possibility of migrating you but we don’t have coverage in that area, unfortunately.
For now, I believe the plans mentioned above (50 Mbps/100 GB, or 75 Mbps/150 GB) will serve you better, both regarding the cost and also reaching higher speeds.
