I can see that you still have priority data left on this billing cycle and that your Buy More purchases happened on the previous billing cycle. Your current billing cycle started on August 12 and since then you already consumed 227 GB out of your monthly 300 GB, which is a lot in just a few days.

  • Have you experienced slow speeds since August 12? If yes, could you please run a full speed diagnosis and share the results with us? Here are some instructions: How to run a speed test from my modem?
  • Given that your data usage is so high, is it ok if I take a look at your usage in order to see if there is any irregular consumption and to provide a recommendation based on that?
