I have had my viasat service right from the start of viasat 1 still have the service on viasat 1. So I also have your voice service for about two years now. So here is the question I need access to the user portal on my voice service I needed to make a 911 call a while back and the ambulance was sent to the wrong address. I have been reading a few of the posts on here and noticed that I was superposed to have gotten an email with my login info . Well I never got this info. I did call customer service but could not get pasted the thick foreign voice . Is their any way someone here could possibly help with this?

I just checked my email and got it THANKS to ALL involved I appreciate it a lot now I just need to go into it and setup this .
