Unusable internet

I have had Viasat for almost a year and it has been very unreliable but the last few weeks it’s been pretty much unusable I’m not out of high speed data and running a diagnostic test shows nothing is wrong. We have been debating on dropping the service for a few months now no point in paying for a service that we can’t even use

When you get a chance can you please use a laptop or Android phone to run a complete speed diagnosis using https://speedcheck.viasat.com? This will help us get a full reading on the speed situation and allow us to identify/rule out Wi-Fi issues.

Thanks for reaching out I’ll run a test tonight once I’m home from work

Thanks! Also if you can run one at night and one early in the morning, that might be best to see if network congestion is part of the issue (which tends to happen in the evening hours
