Are any of the issues reported on here ever addressed by anyone from Viasat or is this just a place to vent our frustrations?

I took a look at your account and believe that you might be experiencing 2 different issues:
- Inconsistent speeds that are sometimes bad
- Recurring offline events where you have 0 connectivity
I noticed that you had a service call completed a few days ago. Would you say this improved anything for either of the issues? If you could provide some details that would be great for us to continue looking into this issue.
