I’m investigating now what could be the issue. Please share more details about the problem: is it no connection at all, bad speeds?

Do you have someone in the house where the Viasat modem is placed? we’d need someone there to run a modem speed test.

Here are the steps to run the test:
1 - Connect to the Viasat internet and open the Viasat browserthis test won’t work on other browsers;
2 - Go to this website: Viasat Speed Check | Home
3 - Log in using your My Viasat account
4 - Run the test (wait for both tests - modem and device - to complete)
