Unable to work from home

I am trying to relocate to southern Indiana and I work from home. I had to come back to my other house because the internet was not enough to work from. Can someone please help. I have invested over $80,000.00 to relocate and right now I cannot use the internet that has been provided.

I’m investigating now what could be the issue. Please share more details about the problem: is it no connection at all, bad speeds?

Do you have someone in the house where the Viasat modem is placed? we’d need someone there to run a modem speed test.

Here are the steps to run the test:
1 - Connect to the Viasat internet and open the Viasat browserthis test won’t work on other browsers;
2 - Go to this website: Viasat Speed Check | Home
3 - Log in using your My Viasat account
4 - Run the test (wait for both tests - modem and device - to complete)

From what I could check so far the internet is currently working well in your terminal, here is the last speed test I just took:

I noticed that from 31st Jan (around 2 AM) to 1st Feb (around 12 PM) your terminal was offline, but besides that everything looks good.

As I mentioned in the previous message, we’ll need someone in the location to run a modem speed test, so we can grab metrics from your Wi-Fi and continue to investigate the issue.

Ok, good deal. I will have to set up a time to take my workstation back down to try all of this again. I wanted to check with you guys before I had IT dive into it on my end. Hopefully in the next few weeks I can head back down.
