Ultra slow speeds. Customer Service is a joke

Regarding 1, we specialize in dealing with technical issues, but we can try to contact someone who can look into this for you.

As for 2, could you kindly let us know when you were promised these credits and what period is it for?

Lastly, about point number 3, could you kindly run an advanced speed check? The advanced speed check shows your device and modem speeds separately, as well as a few other bits of information that can help us better identify the issue. Please also let us know if the bad speeds you’ve experienced are happening throughout the whole day or if it just happens during specific periods.
