I have been having ongoing connectivity issues with ultra slow speeds since August. I have had several technicians out multiple times. Nothing improves. I am still awaiting corrections to details on my account. I am also still waiting on credits to my account that were promised over the lack of service while waiting for those technicians.
Here’s what has been done-
Rebooted modem multiple times a day.
Technicians have repointed the dish several times.
Cables have been replaced.
The modem has been replaced multiple times.
All this and NOTHING is better- unfulfilled promises but still taking my $177. every month like clock work.

As for 2, could you kindly let us know when you were promised these credits and what period is it for?
Lastly, about point number 3, could you kindly run an advanced speed check? Please also let us know if the bad speeds you’ve experienced are happening throughout the whole day or if it just happens during specific periods.
