Just had my dish aligned on 6/22 and it is out of alignment again.

Technician said that dish being out of alignment was the reason for slow speeds.

Well… I had good internet for a day and its right back to to turtle like speeds, particularly the upload speeds. Speedtest said my up load is 0.4 mbs.

That is a joke. Viasat internet is unreliable and a waste of money. I pay top dollar and get nothing but lousy internet service.

My wife needs uploading capability better than what we are getting and time is running out.

We will not stand for the turtle when we need the hare.

From what I can see there is no mispoint to your antenna. The bad upload speeds seem to be caused by network congestion. We cannot offer a fix for that at this time, but from what I’ve analyzed, if you switch to the Viasat unleashed plan you can get similar performance for a lower price.

During the peak period, usually the evening, we’d recommend connecting fewer devices to your network, not using VPN, and connecting your device via Ethernet cable if possible.

I understand this is not ideal and I apologize for the bad situation with your service.
