I’ve had a look at your account, and your antenna is not mispointed at this current time, nor is your dish out of alignment.
Are you experiencing technical issues with your internet service?
Yes, I am having connectivity issues and slow speeds. Ran a speed test 3 times download speeds are constantly below 1 Mbps and upload speeds are around 10 Mbps.

Did the issue start recently? Do you notice these slow speeds on specific periods of the day or all the time?
When you get a chance, can you please use a laptop or Android phone to run a complete speed diagnosis on https://speedcheck.viasat.com, with the Viasat Browser?
When you run the tests from the Viasat browser, we can see “Speed from your device” and most importantly “Speed from your modem”, which is greatly useful to identify discrepancies in the speeds. This will help us get a full reading on the speed situation and allow us to identify/rule out Wi-Fi issues.

We noticed slow down about 2 months ago. I will run the test you suggest this evening (currently at work) and get back to you.
