Tracking return equipment

It’s been 11 days since I cancelled Viasat and I haven’t received the return kit. Tried to track it, but account number is not working to track it.

Disconnects only happen at the end of the current cycle, which in your case will be September 28, 2024 (this Saturday).

After this effective disconnect date, your return kit box will then be sent in about 5-10 business days.

After this period, you can check with Customer Care the status of your package whenever needed by calling 855-463-9333.
