Again, I receive a message that I have used 70% of my high speed data. This is such a scam. First of all I don’t log in under the so called high speed option so how the H3LL have I used 70%. This is slow 24 hrs a day. I’ve yet to experience anything even close to high speed. I work from home and have to sit and wait for an email to open that doesn’t have any attachments. That not even slow speed, that’s pathetic.

While there might be some network congestion during the peak busy period (evening hours), overall we have observed good speeds on your modem. So it is difficult for us to troubleshoot the issue without your input.

It is possible that you are experiencing a Wi-Fi issue, but we cannot validate that theory unless we see a complete speed diagnosis that shows a discrepancy between the speeds you get on your modem and the speeds you get on your device.
When you get a chance, could you please run a speed diagnosis using https://speedcheck.viasat.com/? Here are some instructions to run the test, in case you need them: How to run a speed test from my modem?
