The last several weeks we can no longer get simple sites to load and can’t even check our speeds as every site times out. We are paying for Premium service and are very frustrated. I have to believe we have an equipment problem. Please, can you assist??

I just wanted to follow up and let you know that I had a call from a service tech within 24 hours, and he visited this morning. He was able to correct our equipment issue(s) and our service is back at speeds we haven’t seen for months. I wanted to thank you for your speedy replies and the speed at which I received service with this issue.
