THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE YOU CAN GET… I CALLED TO CANCEL MY PLAN 3 MONTHS IN A ROW. AND THEY WONT DO IT. I CANT EVER GET TO TALK TO SOMEONE IN A TIMLY MANOR. AND THEY NEVER FIX ANY PROBLEMS THEY SAY THEY WILL. Oh and now they won’t let me post this. I’m assuming I can’t get help here now either?
I saw that you called on 5 September to request disconnection, but I don’t see any schedule for disconnection.
