Tech did not show for appt

I had an appointment for a tech to come yesterday they did not show , and did not inform me they were not coming. I had no internet yesterday.

Leo, I told the person I talked to on the phone that I only had a land line, you have to phone me , no texting.

Just to let you know that my equipment had to be upgraded, what I had was not compatible with Viasats new upgrades. Everything is working now.
