I am new to Viasat as of today. I switched from GVTC so I could improve being able to work from home. I am on the 25 Mbps/60 GB plan, but am getting:
This is ridiculous for the price I will be paying! I haven’t even connected all of my devices yet!
Additionally, the modem has shut down 3 times consecutively. I am thinking since I haven’t disconnected my GVTC yet, I better just go ahead and stay with them, sheesh!
All our plans offer upload speeds of up to 3 Mbps, however like in the test results I sent earlier, it is possible to see speeds of 5 Mbps at times of little congestion.
When you get a chance, could you please run a complete speed diagnosis using https://speedcheck.viasat.com/? This test will help us check for Wi-Fi issues (which are evident when there is a constant big difference between the speeds on the device and the modem - like in this example below).
