Download and upload speeds way too low to run my programs

I’ve had a look at your account, and you are currently undergoing an outage due to weather issues, as are other users in the same region as you. This has degraded your signal quality and consequentially your speeds.

When you get a chance, can you please use a laptop or Android phone to run a complete speed diagnosis using https://speedcheck.viasat.com, with the Viasat Browser? This will help us get a full reading on the speed situation and allow us to identify/rule out Wi-Fi issues.
