Speed is beyond slow and i keep running out of high speed data and im the only one using it

Took a speed test cause my service is slower than a snail on downers. Here is my test results, ive done the test several times and its all about the same.


And im sitting 2 ft from the modem!!

In order to verify/rule-out the Wi-Fi issue, it would be very useful to see a test result that includes the speed from your modem (like the one on this example below).

In order to run a test from your modem, you will need to use https://speedcheck.viasat.com/ on the Viasat Browser and to be logged in with your My Viasat credentials.

Is your phone an Android? If it is, then you can download the Viasat Browser here: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.viasat.browser&hl=en_US&pli=1

Unfortunately in your screenshot we can’t see the full result. However, according to our backend your latest speed test results record looks like this:

  • Download speed from the modem: 47 Mbps
  • Download speed from the device: 3 Mbps

The difference in speeds between the device and the modem could indicate a Wi-Fi issue. Could you please run 1 or 2 more of these complete speed tests? If the difference persists we will confirm the Wi-Fi issue and can provide a recommendation based on that.

Please make sure to be located in the same spot within your house for each of these tests.
