I still don’t quite understand by “network congestion in this region”?
Is the “region” you’re referring to on the remote station side of the Viasat satellite? Or is the region you are referring to on the residential side of the Viasat satellite? As referenced by the above drawing.
When would you expect a long term solution? And how many other customers in my region are experiencing similar problems? Seems to be happening in more than one “region”?
