Congestion has been happening very bad for several weeks and only getting worse.
Sometimes so slow that speedcheck will barely run at times. So what is Viasat’s response?
Can we get an administrative official into the forum to answer some questions? If not can I get an email address to answer concerns?

From what I can see in our system your issue actually stems from an antenna problem, for which I will request a technician visit free of charge.
You should be contacted soon via phone to schedule the best time for this visit.
