Slow speeds pay for 150mbps and only get 10mbps

Hello I’ve called rebooted and everything they updated my software and still getting slow speeds I pay for the up to 150mbps but getting 10mbps can someone fix this issue

I just ran a test from your modem and am seeing these speeds (please note that you are on a plan that offers speeds up to 100 Mbps):

Also, based on your screenshot it looks like you were connected to AT&T when running the test:

In order to make sure that you are connected to the Viasat Wi-Fi, you could try turning OFF your mobile data on your phone and running the test again.
