Slow speeds is a consistent problem for us

This is consistent with the test I run. Have had the techs out once a month this summer.

Is there anything else we can do?

Going on a year of slow speeds.

Could you re-send it, please? It usually takes a few seconds for the attachment to be uploaded to the message, so if you hit Send before that, it won’t be uploaded.

In the meantime, as you’ve mentioned slow speeds:

When you get a chance, can you please use a laptop or Android phone to run a complete speed diagnosis on https://speedcheck.viasat.com, with the Viasat Browser?

This will help us get a full reading on the speed situation and allow us to identify/rule out Wi-Fi issues.

I’ve run a few tests on your modem today, and it seems to be receiving good speeds:

Your setup is also healthy as of this moment.

Are you still experiencing slowness?

Could you re-do the full test on the Viasat Browser, and wait for the “Advanced Diagnostics” to run? It looks like this was only a device test, so we can’t cross-check with your modem speeds.

PS: The Modem Speed Test is currently not compatible with iPhones. If you don’t have an Android mobile device, please run the test on a computer. Thank you!
