Slow speeds for weeks

Are you still experiencing these slow speeds? It seems that when you posted, your monthly high-speed data allowance had been used up (about 70 GBs, going over the limit of 60 GBs) – as a result, it’s possible that you were suffering from de-prioritized speeds, especially during the peak evening period.

  1. Right now it looks like your data allowance has been reset. If you’re still experiencing slow speeds even after that, can you please run for us a few advanced speedchecks? They will help us get a full reading on the speed situation and allow us to identify/rule out Wi-Fi issues.   2. Also, if you use streaming apps a lot, you may be interested in our free Data Saver program, which reduces your streaming-related usage, to help keep you under the high-speed data allowance: Announcing the Data Saver Feature Experiment!

  3. Lastly, if you feel that your data ran out too quickly or you’re worried about what caused the usage, we can have a look at your historical data usage and run a full report, if you’d like.
