Download speeds have been down to 7-8 mbs.
For $99 a month would expect better service.
I believe I have made a mistake taking this providers service.
I would like restitution by trying a higher speed plan. 50 or 75mbps plan.
Currently running on the 25 mbps and it’s horrible.
I am considering canceling my plan and paying the early termination fee just to have quality internet.

This is all it is showing me when I’m logged in on the browser.
No modem status at all like it shows in the instructions.
Are you using an iPhone? Unfortunately the test from the modem feature has not been working on iPhone recently. Could you please try with a Mac or Windows laptop or with an Android phone?
